Acceptance of terms

By using this payment gateway, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

Service description

This is a self-hosted cryptocurrency payment verification tool operated by a single individual. It allows you to:

• Generate a payment request in USD that converts to cryptocurrency at current market rates
• Receive a wallet address and payment details for a selected blockchain network
• Submit a transaction ID for on-chain verification
• Provide contact information for order delivery

The gateway verifies payments on public blockchains. It does not custody funds, process payments, or act as a financial intermediary.

No financial advice

This gateway is a technical tool. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for understanding the tax and legal implications of cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction.

Payment verification

The gateway verifies transactions by querying blockchain RPC providers and inspecting on-chain data. Verification results depend on:

• The accuracy of the transaction ID you provide
• The availability and accuracy of third-party RPC services
• Network confirmations and block finality on the selected chain

The operator is not responsible for blockchain network delays, forks, reorganizations, or RPC provider outages.

Payment expiry

Each payment request expires 60 minutes after creation. Exchange rates are locked at the time of request creation. If you send cryptocurrency after expiry, the operator may accept it at their discretion or request a new payment.

Underpayment and overpayment

• Underpayment: If you send less than the required amount, the gateway will show the shortfall. You may pay the remaining balance or contact support.
• Overpayment: If you send more than required, the operator will handle the surplus on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with your payment reference.

Wrong recipient, asset, or chain

If you send cryptocurrency to the wrong address, use the wrong asset (e.g., ETH instead of USDT), or send on the wrong chain (e.g., Ethereum instead of BSC), the operator cannot reverse the transaction. Recovery depends on whether the operator controls the receiving address on that chain and is handled case-by-case.

Refunds and disputes

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Refunds are at the operator's sole discretion. To request a refund, contact SRZ (opens in a new tab) (Website) with your payment reference and a detailed explanation.

Contact information lock

Once you confirm and lock your contact details for a payment, they cannot be changed through the gateway interface. To update locked contact information, contact SRZ (opens in a new tab) (Website) with your payment reference.

Prohibited use

You may not use this gateway to:

• Purchase illegal goods or services
• Launder money or engage in fraud
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse, attack, or disrupt the service

The operator reserves the right to refuse service or cancel payments that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

This gateway is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error (wrong address, wrong network, incorrect TXID)
• Blockchain network issues (delays, forks, failed transactions)
• Third-party service outages (RPC providers, block explorers)
• Exchange rate fluctuations between payment creation and transaction broadcast
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual property

This gateway is built with open-source tools. The operator retains all rights to the gateway's custom code, design, and branding.

Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate the gateway at any time without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. These terms survive termination for completed payments.

Changes to terms

The operator may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the operator's local courts.
